South/Central River Basins Team
The South/Central River Basins Team is comprised of 100th Meridian Initiative partners primarily in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Colorado. This river basin team was created in 2009 by joining Kansas's original task force for El Dorado Reservoir with Oklahoma's Zebra Mussel Task Force and inviting members from other areas that include these stakeholders in the Arkansas, Red, Trinity, and Sabine river basins. The first annual meeting has been proposed for spring 2010.
Meetings
The inaugural meeting of the South/Central River Basins' 100th Meridian Initiative Team will be held April 23, 2010 at Eisenhower State Park near Denison, Texas. The meeting is open to all stakeholders and interested parties. A draft agenda is ready for comments.
If you plan to attend the meeting, please register. There is no cost for the meeting, but we need a head-count for logistical and planning reasons. Please let us know if you are coming.
